The majority of management companies try to impose on their clients their own way of managing aircraft. We are convinced that the client knows what is the best way to manage its airplanes, and we try to adapt as much as possible to their needs. Our structure is flexible enough to allow us to do just that; we can offer complete packages including a number of services, or we can simply operate the aircraft without any additional expense.

This enables us to satisfy the owners of large aircraft as well as the operators of smaller airplanes, who do not need all the services that a larger flight department might require. Our flight following department files flight plans electronically and delivers them, along with current weather briefings, to the crews.

For flights into and within Europe, slots are telephonically requested and confirmed. Handling, reservations for crews and passengers, fuel requests, and every other detail of the flights are carefully handled by our office. We ensure that passengers are met at the airplane so that they can quickly leave the airport. We use a flight following software that allows us to follow the flight of each airplane and make sure that everything is ready for the passengers upon arrival.

We have carefully selected a number of domestic FBOs for their appearance and experience, and we make sure that the quality of their service meets our standards. We have also developed a relationship with a number of international FBOs, chosen for their excellence and reputation.

Whether our clients fly a Global Express or a Citation 500, we place the same care and attention to details in managing their airplanes and we ensure that they receive the same expert and professional service.
